Welcome to the unique and inviting Orbis House! The Orbis Institute is a Denver-based nonprofit offering intentional co-living for people who enjoy community, value collaboration, and want to contribute to a vibrant lifestyle inside the home and beyond it.
The Orbis House is a beautifully maintained, updated Victorian home in Denver's vibrant City Park West neighborhood, just one block from City Park. Our mission is to create a well-run, welcoming home where people from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences share space, take part in everyday life, and contribute to a place that feels good to live in.
As a resident of The Orbis House you'll have your own private, furnished, well-appointed room. (Please see photos of several of our rooms which are available.) Each room has its own unique features, ranging from a private bathroom and kitchenette, to huge bay windows, exposed brick, ceiling fans, and many other features.
The house has 4 floors, 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Shared, communal spaces for our residents include a parlor room, salon, piano room, dining room, and a fantastic courtyard patio. Our inviting shared spaces allow for meaningful connections with your fellow residents.
Our room rates are $1,000/month. All utilities are included.
We offer our rooms with six-month leases, with option to extend. We're a non-smoking facility, and no pets are allowed due to shared spaces. One vehicle is allowed per tenant and we currently have two garage spots available, priced at $100 per month. A/C window units are also available at $50 per month if desired.
