So you'd be living in a house with a family, but the apartment is completely separate. We refinished the floors. The bathroom is brand new. The kitchen was custom built. All appliances are brand new. We added mini splits so the AC can be used in a very efficient way. Street parking. Washer and dryer have just been put in. We are looking for someone quiet and responsible. Renter responsible for gas and electric. No pets. No smoking inside.
