Newer stainless steel appliances. Air conditioning HVAC recently service and working well. Everything in the home works well the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher a brand new upgraded garbage disposal with twice the power, glass top stove all Frigidaire stainless steel appliances and includes washer dryer. Two fenced in yards allows for gas grill, and the HOA is very relaxed on the rules except for occupying the common areas. Example if you have a motorcycle you could park it in your backyard or front yard because it's fenced in even though the HOA says it's prohibited. And if you have a work vehicle even though the HOA says it's prohibited many people Park work vehicles with signage on the work vehicles. Basically the HOA doesn't do anything unless you ask them to do it by email and then you have to wait until hell freezes over. Just kidding if you stay on them they'll get it done but it's not like they're here on a daily basis fixing things. They basically couldn't care less. Florida skyline management is the HOA and they are a sad example of a homeowner's association and they are the most unprofessional organization I've ever had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with since I bought my place and everybody else in this development rents. It's a great layout and a good location. The HOA needs to be replaced! I literally didn't pay them for 6 months in order to get them to finally repair my fence! If you are reading this tell a thousand people this because they deserve to be blasted for their incompetence!
