Craftsman style home, well maintained. New roof (September 2010). Neighborhood Description This is an absolutely charming neighborhood. Many of the homes are FAMILY homes. Therefore, several of the home owners are long-time residents (dating back to the 1960's) who grew up and played together as children. Very close-knit block where you are family if you choose to be. However, we respect your right to isolate yourself. We do not have a "formal" neighborhood watch group. However, because of the nature of our relationships, we do look out for one another.
