It is rare that such a beautifully preserved Craftsman becomes available to the rental market. This rather large bungalow from 1905 is in wonderful condition. The 3 bedroom floor plan is as you would expect of this era. You are greeted at the large covered front porch & invited in to a grand living room with hardwood floors, oversized wood windows, & a period specific fireplace. The 3 bedrooms are all generous in size & the baths have been updated, yet preserved as well. To the original spacious kitchen the Owners added a stainless stove & a very cool stainless refrigerator as well as a dishwasher. The design also includes a studio space in the front bedroom, a covered back porch, central heat and AC throughout & a huge attic space that is accessible by stairwell from the main hallway. The back yard is shared with a tenanted back house, but divided with a fence for a private area.
