Pacific beach lease takeover!! 1,600 rent per month, not including utilities. The lease takeover would be from April 1st-July 30th. Must be able to takeover for these exact dates! This is for a private bedroom/bathroom in a shared house with 2 other girls. Bedroom is on the ground floor with a large window with great natural light. Bedroom has a private bathroom directly outside the room. There is also a large two door closet. All the furniture in the room is for sale as well and can be purchased (including the bed frame & mattress - only 4 years old with no stains or spills). The house itself has a brand new renovated kitchen and large living room space. There is also a tiny outdoor space. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is also a large garage for storage. There are two parking spots, one in the garage, and one directly outside next to the garage. The downstairs (including the bedroom) has brand new vinyl flooring. The two other girls living here are both in their mid twenties. Once of them works virtual at the house, and the other has a traveling job and is almost never here. Ideally we are looking for a female roommate only. The house is located in Pacific Beach and is only a 23 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to Kate Sessions. Also located a 5 minute walk to Vons, Trader Joe's, Gym, etc.. Great central location!! Starts April 1st and ends July 31st. No pets.
