No smoking inside home, No over night guests, no drugs allowed. No foul language. No additional fees for electric or water. WIFI is free. Heating the pool is $50 additional monthly. 4 visitors during the day during weekends are allowed, The BBQ is available. Music can be loud before 8 pm only. Propane must be bought by tenant. Dishes and silverware are available, as well as napkins that must be washed and dried after. There will be cleaning biweekly, it's expected the tenant to be neat and clean in the room and bathroom. TERM it can be month to month, if tenant does not like can leave and the end of each month and landlord can request the same if not content with tenant.
