Small bedroom with futon and night stand already included. Small closet as well. Also the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared. Plenty of storage in the basement. Private back entrance. Message for details. Smoking outside or at least out the window. No pets. Quiet hours start at 11:30PM during week days. Guests can stay no more the one week at a time. Garbage day is on Friday. You can share my mailbox for apt 2 and will get a locked one.
