Water system is off grid with four 275 gallon tanks and pump system/on-demand hot water heater which works great. Winter challenges will require renter to be resilient and resourceful. Frequency dependent on optimal and proper usage of systems. With one person it may need emptying once every 3-4 months or so. -Water must be delivered and that costs $250 on average every 4-6 weeks. -Owner will not be available to maintain cabin which will require tenant to have solid home maintenance skills. -The property is unfurnished Renter responsible for all utilities and for water delivery.
