Included is wifi, upgraded flat screen TVs, two master bed with bath. Everyone enjoys a spiral staircase and we have one that leads up to a large loft with two twin beds overlooking pasture, forest & the hills of Southeast Oklahoma. A sofa pullout in the living room tops off the sleeping capacity. No subleasing allowed at all.
