Other rental criteria includes, but is not limited to: Complete Application -- one application for each adult person is required. Criminal record -- NO Sex Crimes or Crimes involving certain drugs/narcotics--No matter the level or age of conviction. All criminal records will be looked at on a case to case basis. Drug related and/or Violent criminal history--Felonies must be more than 7 years old and without any reoccurring same or like charges. ALL Gross Misdemeanor's or Felony charges must be explained in writing. Sufficient income/resources: Income must be verifiable through pay stubs, employer contract, or tax returns. One (1) months proof of income required. Ask associate for income guidelines for your particular unit. Temp agency work and Child Support will not be considered as a main source of income. We do accept pay stubs, job offer letters, award letters from SSI/SSDI/RSDI, and county statements for proof of income. Minimum of 6 months at your current job or consecutive job history. Rental History -- You must have good previous rental history. Rental history that is deemed to be poor, such as owing a property money, bad references, evictions/UD's, etc., could be subject to a double deposit and/or a shorter lease term to start with. All Evictions must be more than 2 years old and must be completely paid off. Two (2) forms of state or U.S. government issued identification. We must have 24 hour notice to show this unit. Dogs allowed with a $400 deposit ($200 refundable) and additional $40/mo dog rent per dog. Cats allowed with $400 deposit ($200 refundable) and $35/mo cat rent per cat.
