There are only two other apartments in the building and both neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. My landlord is great, very nice and very responsive/helpful. The building is pet friendly. The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal the building is wired for both Verizon and Comcast. Utilities are separate from rent on average, PECO is about $100 a month and PGW is $30. Street parking is relatively easy and the permit is $35 for the year. You can't beat the price. I have arranged for cleaners to go in once I've finished moving out so the place will feel like new!
