It is close to the edge of town but still within one mile of city hall and downtown Calistoga. It has two small micro-vineyards. There is a working well and substantial space for an extensive garden. The property has enough space for an RV or other large vehicles. The barn is 2,400 square feet, loft storage, powered with 200-amp electrical service and LED lights. The barn has a closed-in room with a window off of one side, and an overhang on the other side. The barn stays dry during the rainy season and would work well as a workshop, auto collection or storage facility. It also works as a multi-car garage. The property produces apples, peaches, walnuts, table grapes and figs. There are lilacs, lilies and roses. The house was built in 1924. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comes equipped with a two-year-old washer and dryer. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, small countertop dishwasher and small countertop microwave. Mudroom includes Samsung front load Washer& Dryer. In the front of the house is a wrap-around porch. The house has painted wood floors and big, broad windows. The windows are brand-new and double1paned. There is a small shower in one bathroom and a vintage cast-iron claw-footed bathtub in the other. Although there is a well for agricultural use, the house is on city water and a septic tank system. It has recently updated heating, no air conditioning. The house is wired for AT&T U-verse, Comcast Xfinity and DirecTV. There is a concrete shed/root cellar that was once used for wine production. We are pet-friendly but the property is not fenced on all sides.
