Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, this comfortable retreat offers easy access to I-90 and the best of North Idaho. Just 10 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene, you're close to the lake, restaurants, grocery, and shops. Travel is simple with Spokane International Airport only 35 minutes away, and beautiful Sandpoint just an hour north perfect for exploring the region. Schweitzer is an hour drive north.

House has three bedrooms, which include two queen size beds and one king size. The main floor is the kitchen and living space. Upper floor has two bedrooms and a master bath, and downstairs has a living room with 70" TV, an additional bedroom which is just across from another full bath room/laundry. TV's are located in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Two bathrooms, both have full shower (one has a tub). House has radiant heating very effective.
Garage has recently been insulated and finished with drywall. Single car parking.
Located walking distance to Cherry Hill Park, which has an 18-hold disc golf course, an off-leash dog park, basketball, a BMX track, tennis and pickle ball courts, sledding, off street parking, restrooms, the 9/11 Memorial playground, and

If the home is fully furnished, renter will be asked to be respectful and responsible for the furnishings. Garage is single-car and has since been insulated and finished with drywall. Renter is responsible for all utilities, which includes W/S/G, Electric, and Internet. WSG is approximately $90/mo. Electric ranges depending on use during winter months ~$275/mo. Internet is $50/mo.
Cats will not be allowed. Dogs are allowed under 40lbs on a case-by-case basis. This is a non-smoking house. Please feel free to ask any questions.
The photos do not include small, various updates to furnishings and such. New stainless refrigerator, various new decor, various improvements.
