Renter is responsible for all utilities, which includes W/S/G, Electric, and Internet. WSG is approximately $90/mo. Electric ranges depending on use during winter months ~$275/mo. Internet is $50/mo. Cats will not be allowed. Dogs are allowed under 40lbs on a case-by-case basis. This is a non-smoking house. Please feel free to ask any questions.
