1910 Victorian style. All rooms hand-painted by previous artist owner (boarders, etc). Working, well-laid out kitchen (something we had a hard time finding in Everett). Neighborhood Description The neighborhood! We've met all our neighbors, and the block is considering having a block party this summer - and we haven't lived too many places that has that kind of atmosphere. Folks look out for each other and are so friendly. We have a retirement community on the corner, when I walk around the block, I enjoy talking to the little old ladies - so sweet! And the military base is just a few blocks away, we occasionally see the active duty running through the neighborhood in the mornings. We also like the location - half an hour from Seattle, an hour south of Seattle, with easy I-5 access. I work a few miles North of Everett, so I am always going against the traffic, makes for a quick commute!
