That being said, with the bus line right next to it, you can easily get downtown (the walk to the Sample Gates area is very reasonable as well). -Plenty of storage space, especially right off the kitchen with a pantry and extra closet--along with a walk-in closet in the bedroom. -Has a small deck off the front end, which could fit a table, couple of chairs, and a small garden. -The landlord company (Renaissance Rentals) is really responsive and has nice employees servicing the area. Any time I had an issue, they came out to fix it very quickly.
