One room is $1200/month, and the other room with private entrance is $1350/month. Both rooms are the same size 13.5 x11.5. This price includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and onsite laundry. PLEASE CALL TO SCHEDULE A VIEWING APPOINTMENT. The house is within close proximity to West LA, Culver City, Hollywood, Downtown, Venice Beach, and easy access to metro & buses. There is one shared bathroom. Mine is not a party house, rather a DRUG FREE, NON SMOKING HOME, NO 420. The space is ideal for students and/or newcomers to the area, as it is SO centrally located. NO additional storage space is available on the property, however there are 4 storage facilities within a half mile radius. I share my home with an adorable, VERY FRIENDLY, small Terrier mix dog. However, no additional pets will be allowed. Male tenants are preferred and two people to a room is not a consideration. Amenities include: 1940's Art Deco Building, very large backyard with patio, outdoor BBQ, fireplace, original hardwood floors, bay window, onsite laundry, Wi-Fi, plenty of street parking, and all utilities included. I am a licensed spiritual counselor, yoga instructor and massage therapist. I'm also currently immersed in a Doctoral Program, in Spiritual Psychology. My treatment space is in a private, detached area on the property. I require tenants who are personable yet quiet, neat, responsible, conscientious, self-sufficient, and overall DRAMA FREE.
