Great floor plan. Front "wing" of the house could easily be used as a mother in law. Set up with a master bedroom, attached bath, attached bonus room and 1 car garage. Entry of the home has a beautiful custom made wrought iron gate, which opens into a nice sitting area before the front door. Large enough that we furnished with an outdoor couch and a few tables. Solicitors or unwelcome guests ring the bell at the gate, which is almost 15 feet away from the front door. First floor is nice and open with plenty of areas to sit. Basically two living rooms. Entire downstairs area is luxury vinyl wood plank, making it very easy to maintain. Kitchen has a great flow with double ovens and a gas range. A nice built in desk, where the kids can do their homework. Plenty of room for the kitchen table and opens right up to the family room, so everyone can be together enjoying each other in the same area. Upstairs has a great open loft, easily used as a second living area. Four bedrooms, one of which is very large with a walk in closet. French doors open to a huge balcony off the master with a view of the White Tank Mountains. Sitting area in the master, which is large enough that we have a small couch and mounted a flat screen. Backyard has plenty of room for a pool, and no neighbors directly behind. Patio is prewired for speakers. Nice quiet street with really awesome neighbors, and the house faces North/South. We had solar installed last year and it has cut the power bill down significantly. It's nice knowing with such a large house, we can easily afford to run all power and A/C we want without any worry.
