The maximum number of occupants allowed in this residence is 3 per one-bedroom apartment and 5 per two-bedroom apartment. This property is a non-smoking community - If you smoke, please refrain from applying, as you must walk entirely off the property to smoke. Smoking is grounds for eviction. Cats, ESA, and service animals are welcome. We assign each parking spot inside the community to each unit. Upon move-in, management will set you up with this account. There are internet/cable hookups at your convenience, and you can choose your provider. This account is the tenant's responsibility to set up if desired. We do not allow transfers (a transfer is "moving from one unit on the property to a different unit on the property"). If you break your first lease, it is a policy that you pay one month's rent upon moving out and any move-in concessions/specials you may have had.
