2nd Floor apt, Hardwood style floors, Patio/Balcony, Smart Thermostat, neighborhood has multiple pools and a gym. Located across the Irvine Spectrum and walking distance to Wholefoods. Current roommate is moving out once our lease is up so I am trying to find someone who can take his spot, apt is leased through the Irvine apt. Current lease expires end of June so hoping to find someone by then. Lease is for a year & the rent listed includes all utilities. No smoking or drugs allowed. The room has a big closet & you will have your own bathroom (please note that its the room that does not have a private bathroom but that bathroom is basically your own) Looking for someone who is reliable and clean, I work a 9-5 Monday through Friday and after work ill be at the gym, on the weekends I tend to visit my friends/family and just be out so you will basically have the apt to yourself
