Awesome location backing up to Beach Drive just down from the Episcopal church. You can see the bay from the back yard. The house sits behind a cottage and is very private and quiet. It is modest and rustic but very clean and in good repair. The kitchen is updated and open to the living area. It has central H&A, inside laundry room and attached garage. Water and garbage are included in rent. I'm in the process of putting in new flooring, plantation blinds and painting the interior. The yard is shady but it is NOT fenced and will also be shaped up.
