The home also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer. Rent is $1,800 per month, plus approximately $100 in utilities. There is also housekeeping about once every 3-4 weeks, which comes out to about $41 per person per cleaning. Current housemates are a 25 year old male and a 30 year old female. The home has a friendly, respectful vibe. There is one indoor cat, so no additional pets are allowed. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and mindful about keeping doors closed so the cat stays safely indoors.
