We have decided to sell our beloved 18 acre property with 2 ponds located along Highway 47 (1821 S. Lake Ave, Gothenburg, NE). We have tons of great trail cam pictures from the last 4 years that have been taken while we have lived here. This property allows for the feel of private country living while being only a mile from town and near the Gothenburg interstate exit.
