Plenty of space: 2 bedrooms and an office, or 2 beds and a LR, or 1 bed and a large office and a LR. We pay all utilites. We can partially furnish items such as a couch, desk, etc. Maximum of 2 dogs. No smoking indoors (vaping / e-cigs are an exception to this general rule), but all smoking on the porch is fine. Families WELCOME, students WELCOME -- we only ask that tenants be communicative and cooperative.
