This is a great place for someone who commutes to Sacramento for work or someone looking for a clean and quiet place to stay for very cheap. There is wall air and portable heat. The owner pays for water, sewer, garbage and gas. Tenant would need to put SMUD into their name for the electricity. Tenant to provide their own internet/phone. There are existing ports in the unit.
