The home was built in 1888 by Albert and Laura Harrington who moved here from Winona, MN. Albert was a prominent Grain grain man in his day. Some time in the 30's the home was converted into a 10-unit boarding house. In the late 90's was converted back to its current use. Much of the original detail of the home has been preserved.
