Rental Rate: 12 Month Lease: $650/mo + Gas & Electric! Security Deposit: $650 Pets are allowed with payment of $250 non-refundable pet fee. An additional charge of $25 per month per pet is also due in addition to the rent. Maximum pets allowed are 2. Applications are Provided at the time of showing.
