This is a lovely, most of the time quiet 2500 sq. ft. home shared with me and my two parents. Private bedroom with mattress and large closet with shared bathroom is available. My parents sing karaoke on the weekends, and during weekdays, my dad sings during late afternoons to early evenings ~2 a week. Other than that, the house is clean, quiet, peaceful. Washer /dryer, kitchen, mini-fridge in garage, utilities, and wifi are included (just be mindful :)). Light cooking is permitted (outside stove available); however, we prefer someone who doesn't cook much and eats out/orders take outs mostly. Sorry, since this is a shared home, no pets allowed, and no drugs, and no guests. 6 to 12 months
