Applicants who wish to have their application fee refunded have the right to provide a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes. Applicants may request to have their application fee refunded within 30 days after providing an approved tenant screening. In all cases, tenants are required to complete an application through Western Colorado Property Management. One year lease. Deposit due upon signing. First month's rent due prior to obtaining access.
