The neighborhood has gone through revitalization in the last few years as can be seen by all the new construction and rehabs of older houses. Throughout the year there are several events sponsored by the West Bucktown Neighborhood Association (WBNA.org) including the summer festival, Halloween Party, Holiday Party, Easter Egg Hunt and Neighborhood Clean up twice a year.
