Maple Knoll is an Affordable Housing Community and do have income restrictions based on the number of people in your apartment. We do require your minimum income to be 2 times the amount of rent, which would be $2770 a month. If you are on Sect. 8, your income would need to be 2 times your portion of the rent. The maximum income amount allowed is as follows; 1 person -$52,440, 2 person - $59,940, 3 person - $67,440, 4 person -$74,880, 5 person $80,880. Our community is a park like setting with 2 play areas, on-site laundry facility, nearby bus line and within walking distance of schools, shopping and many restaurants. Water, Sewer, Garbage, and (1) assigned parking space included in monthly rent.
