Once an application(s) has been approved, the property manager will share a Contract To Rent with the applicant to sign. When a Contract To Rent is signed, a $100 Holding Deposit must be paid to the Property Manager and will ultimately go towards the security deposit. If applicants cancel after 72 hours, they will forfeit the holding deposit.
