Live at Sun Ridge Apartments, a small controlled access building (individual pin code access) nestled in Kenmore just a few blocks away from Safeway and the park and ride. We are privately owned with an onsite manager, 24 hour maintenance, and video surveillance. At this time, we require applications to be filled out in person after viewing the apartment. If you choose to fill out an application, there is a fee of $32.95 per person, payable by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A credit score of at least 680 is required, along with a clean criminal record. Please note that applications must be completed in our office; we do not accept online applications. Renter is responsible for utilities, which are billed separately. Water and sewer are charged at a flat rate of $80 per person, and electricity is billed based on usage through PSE Call for more details and to schedule an appointment! 11-12 month leases.
