    Main part of home was built in 1935 it has full unfinished basement under it. The addition was put on in 2017 and all shingles on house replaced at that time. Has forced air gas heat with central air. New Ac unit was installed 5yrs ago. House has all updated energy efficient windows. Electric waterheater. Comes with side by side refrigerator with water and ice electric flat top oven and dishwasher. House is a three bedroom with small office area. It was always bussy and I have contacts that would still be interested in renting it I can pass along. There is a small pond on the acreage behind the barn that has green sunfish stocked in it. Perfect setup for a hobby farm or somone with horses. There is a front lot that can be gated off to separate animals my daughters have always had horses and bottle calfs. Also a play house with swings in the backyard and a garden area. The property sits on the high part of the section so there are very good views every direction and closest neighbors are a long way to the south and very nice people. The total acreage for the house and rest of property is just under 2.5 acres m/l. The septic system will have to be updated I can do that or buyer can if they choose for a lower sale price. House is minutes from lake rathbun and all the public hunting. Tons of pheasants and deer in the over 100 acres of crp behind the property.
