We promise they're around and waiting for you to ignore this one. Smoking & Fire Alarms: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. Yes, that means indoors and outdoors. Nicotine, cannabis, vaping - all get the boot. The smoke detectors here are extremely sensitive (and directly monitored by the fire department). If the alarm goes off, expect the fire trucks to show up. Please take a second to familiarize yourself with the fire alarm flowchart it's posted and will save you (and us) a lot of trouble. You're responsible for any charges for repeated false alarms. So, let's keep it cool and smoke-free! Pets: We're excited to welcome pets, but only if they're officially on the lease and on a leash. That means no surprise pet-sitting, and no dog visits from friends or family members all pets must have prior approval. Barking dogs and failure to clean up after your pet will not be tolerated. We love having pets here, but in order to keep this a pet-friendly place for everyone, we need your help! If we run into problems, we may have to reconsider the pet policy for everyone. So let's work together to make this a great home for all our furry friends. Laundry: The laundry room is for tenants only. That means no inviting your best friend, your cousin, or anyone else who doesn't live here. We love the community vibe, but let's keep the laundry exclusive.
