It's approximately 950 sq/ft with kitchen (new refrigerator, stove, and microwave), 10'x18' living room, full bathroom and plenty of sunlight due to north/south facing picture windows. The main bedroom is 11' x 12' with a modern size closet, the second bedroom is approximately the same size. You will have access to one spot in the attached garage parking, there is plenty of street parking and side parking on the driveway. You have your own washer/dryer (new) in unit. I will consider pets, but will not tolerate noisy, untrained or unhousebroken pets. There is a $50/month charger per pet. Water and trash are included in the rent. You have your own gas/electric meter, and cable is split with the upstairs tenants. The house is 6 blocks from the restaurants on old south Pearl, 2 miles from Wash Park, 4 blocks from Platt Park, .7 miles from the light rail, 1.5 miles from I-25 and equidistant from downtown and DTC (about 6 miles). You'll come to find out you really like the house, local area and access to everything. It's a great spot! Own electric/gas, shared cable, owner pays water and garbage. $50/month per pet
