The house has been fully renovated from top to bottom and is thoughtfully furnished to provide comfort, privacy, and convenience for short- or longer-term stays. Your accommodation is a large private basement room, offering a calm and comfortable retreat. The space includes a private entertainment and/or office area, making it ideal for professionals, educators, or remote workers. The home is fully furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, and a security system. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, shared washer and dryer, street parking, and a spacious backyard perfect for relaxing outdoors. A private bathroom and private office can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. We share our home with one friendly, well-trained indoor cat. She is microchipped, very well-mannered, and mostly keeps to herself. She does not go outdoors, does not enter guest spaces unless invited, and is respectful of personal boundaries. Many guests hardly notice her, but we want all guests to feel informed and comfortable.
