This is a residential neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors. - No smoking inside on the property, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed only on the back patio or in the backyard. - No hanging anything on walls or doors. Any damage found to walls or door from hanging items will result in a fee. - Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. - Pets are allowed with pre-approval only. - Please do not park in front of the neighbor's mailboxes. - Street parking is available, but be mindful of the neighbors as they sometimes park on the street in front of their homes.
