This would be a good opportunity for someone staying in LA temporarily or someone that needs a short term stay (couple of months). I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and that would take care of my home as you would take care of yours. I am not looking for any late nighters or anyone who wants to party late as I wake up early for work. Not looking for people to be spending the night on the regular. Looking for a quiet, down to earth, respectful, female roommate. My work hours are between 7:30- 4:00, and I'm around typically after that time. There is an underneath garage port where parking would be included. Utilities included.
