    I am looking to rent out 3 bedrooms (master + 2 regular) in my 4 bedroom house. I am a working professional that works in the Bay Area during the week. I will only be at the property 2 - 3 times a month on the weekends. The home is recently remodeled with new carpet and bathroom flooring, paint throughout the house, glazed countertops in all bathrooms/kitchen, new hardware on all cabinets. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The house is right across the street from Kenner park and Melville S. Jacobson Elementary School. I am looking to rent the house to a small family or a group of 3 other working professionals. I will pay for the water/garbage/sewage and you will be responsible for the electric bill.
