Beautiful house in a prime location. This house is a gem and includes a gigantic back yard which needs to be seen in person. The house has wood floors and is freshly painted and ready to make your own. The location is prime West LA and is very close to the Sawtelle neighborhood, Westwood and only a 12 minute drive to the beach. The driveway can fit 4 cars and there is a storage shed in the backyard. We are pet friendly but have breed restrictions for dogs and cats and unfortunately cannot accommodate guard dogs or aggressive dogs. Owner pays for landscaping. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. $50 month for each pet with a maximum of 2 pets.
