I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unfurnished apartment I am trying to rent. It is located in Northview apartments, located at 86th and Cholla in Nora/Indianapolis. It is a few blocks from the Keystone Fashion Mall and 10 minutes from Broad Ripple. The living/dining room are separate. The kitchen has all white appliances, including a microwave oven range. The master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet and a full bath inside of it. The smaller bedroom also has a large closet inside of it. There is a public bathroom in the hallway. There are two closets for storage along with an outside storage shed connected to the porch. You do not have any neighbors behind you and you will see nothing, but trees and nature. It's really pretty. I am moving to Dallas, Texas and need someone to take over my lease. You would sign your own lease, as if you were renting the apartment, yourself. I will pay the rent up until May 1st and the security deposit is already paid. You will only have to pay for the 35 dollar application fee. Everything will go through the apt complex manager, Victor. I am looking to move in the next two weeks and the apt will be available April 4th. That's almost an entire month of free rent with no security deposit! The apt is located on the 1st floor and looks out into beautiful woods. Water, sewer, trash is paid in the rent. The lease is up Oct 1st and is available for renewal, if you would like to stay. This apartment complex does NOT offer short-term leases, so now's your chance on grabbing this gem while you can. Also, there is no RENT HIKE in the short-term lease like most other apartment complexes do. SO, how about a short term lease with NO rent hike, NO DEPOSIT, and NO RENT TIL MAY 1st?
