This is a one bedroom apartment with a living rm, equipped kitchen, and bath. The apartment has hardwood flooring in the living room, hall, and bedroom. The bath and kitchen have tile. The kitchen has a refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher. There are new windows with mini-blinds. I don't know how to have more closet space as every room has a closet. The bedroom has a closet, living rm has a double wide closet, kitchen has a pantry, and the bath has a linen closet. Heat, water and hot water are paid by me. The lower level is clean and well lit with 3 washers and 3 dryers along with a storage locker. The hallways have new carpeting, also. Parking is on the street, but there is always a space as the building is on the corner of a quiet residential area. I have never had a problem as I rent to nice, friendly people, the building is secure, and the lights are on 24/7. If you want a well managed friendly building, give me a call.
