I'm looking for someone to pick up my lease in Stonegate for the Spring semester. You'll have your own bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet. The apartment comes fully furnished. Everything is included in rent (electricity, water, cable, internet). Stonegate is within walking distance of the JMU campus and there is also a bus stop near the entrance. If you apply online on the website, it puts all of your information in the system immediately and it notifies the the leasing manager. She can then email the lease and information and also mail the lease priority to you so it's there the next day. There's also a virtual tour on the website. I live with three guys. None of us own pets nor do we smoke. Two of the guys are on the football team and the other guy is a former football player.
