We are considering other uses for the land and may not keep the home or move the home elsewhere. Home have three window unit air conditioning, but does include central gas heat. Application fee is $30 and is used to check for MAJOR items on a credit report and criminal history. Each adult intending on living in the house must pay a separate application fee. Application fee(s) credited towards deposit on lease signing. Renter is responsible for all utilities.
