Our chic and comfy home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive to Bear Mountain, Snow Summit, the Zoo, Cosmic Golf, The Village and Go Karts. Finish your day with a BBQ on our spacious deck and fully enclosed backyard. The neighborhood is amazing, with well paved streets and easy to access. The house is close to Big Bear High School, Big Bear Fire Dept. and Sugarloaf Park, where you can enjoy a game of basketball, baseball, or take your scooters and bikes to the skate park. The park is also pet friendly, so you can take your pet out for a wonderful stroll. Owner pays for water, trash and internet. Electricity and gas is the responsibility of the tenant. Parking is not allowed on the side of the street. Please park in the driveway on the side and the front of the house. Small pets are allowed (under 20 pounds). Please send picture of pets as part of rental application. 12 month lease minimum for renting. One month's rent plus $1995 security deposit due at lease signing. No smoking on the premises.
