There is an outdoor sink with electrical for a juice bar/food prep area behind the garden shed. Multiple custom made artistic garden gates. The inside of the house has epoxy painted concrete floors (easy to keep clean, no seems or grout lines to collect dust) and is very hypoallergenic. Vaulted ceilings. Granite tile counter in the kitchen. There's a screened in room in the back of the house. Small garden shed in the back. Nice oversize garage that's sheet rocked and painted with a built in work bench and tons of built in shelves. Driveway that goes into backyard that is concrete. Could park an RV/boat behind gate. The sewer clean out is right there, so hooking up sewer/water/power would be easy (I used to have an RV that was parked there for a couple of years that I lived in full time and setting it up was simple.).
