We are looking for someone who will appreciate and take care of our net-zero energy Mandala custom home. This home was built in 2017 and features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office, and a unique, circular layout. It is powered by solar panels and is incredibly warm and comfortable. The cork flooring is soft underfoot and wood finishes create a truly special home. The location allows immediate access to the creek, to neighborhood lakes, and to mountain biking and hiking trails. It is about 5 minutes from Ski Cooper, and 15 minutes from downtown Leadville. First-month's rent due at signing. Utilities included are electricity; the home utilizes a water well and has a septic system. The home is wired for Centurylink - Tenants can assume a new service if desired. There is no trash service, we suggest using the community drop site in Leadville. There is a mailbox at the entrance to the neighborhood. This area receives a ton of snow. All wheel drive and good tires are a must. The road is plowed but tenants will be asked to make a reasonable effort to remove snow from the driveway and other areas around the house (a snowblower is available). The home is fully furnished, but we are open to partially furnishing it as well. No smoking allowed. The property owner will give advance notice to enter the home to change the well-water filter and perform any needed maintenance tasks.
