It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath at the end of a quiet street on an acre of land with sweeping views out into the mountains. It is full of charm with hardwood floors, a wood stove fireplace, and big south-facing picture windows that keep the house filled with light once the leaves drop. It's really dear to my heart, so I'm hoping to find tenants that will take amazing care of it. I ask $2200/month, which includes all utilities (water, electric, trash, recycling, local compost service and internet). One year lease, but would love to find fantastic humans who want to stay for years to come.
