(no pets, no smokers please) This is a single wide mobile home in a well monitored mobile home community. The listing selection on zillow did not have a drop down for mobile home so I had to select other choice. No fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking unit so we do not take smokers or vapers, sorry. This rental is very close to schools, shopping, restaurants, stores, etc.
